Complete Processing Flow of Solar Panel Recycling Line

• 1. Pre-disassembly & Pre-treatment: Waste PV modules go through aluminum frame and glass removal machines to strip aluminum frames and glass, separating the core cell-EVA-backsheet composite layer.
• 2. Multi-stage Crushing & Material Dissociation: The composite is processed by a shredder (coarse), crusher (medium) and flour mill (fine) to break the bonding structure of EVA, backsheet, silicon wafers and metal electrodes, achieving full material dissociation.
• 3. Precision Sorting & Separation: Crushed materials are classified by particle size via a vibrating screen, then separated into silicon, metals and plastics by airflow sorting (density-based) and electrostatic sorting (electrical property-based).
• 4. Dust Control & Final Output: The line is equipped with dust removal equipment to meet international environmental standards, finally producing high-purity recyclables (aluminum, glass, silicon, metals, plastics) to realize PV waste green closed-loop.
