What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 5-year warranty for hot-dip galvanization, 1 year for zinc-plated finishes, and 2 years for powder-coated products.
What is your sample policy for OEM orders?
We supply samples accordingly; small samples are free (freight collect). For OEM samples, the cost is refunded after order confirmation.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
Payment: T/T 30% deposit and 70% before delivery. Terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. We provide photos and videos for inspection before loading.
How long is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it takes 5-10 days if goods are in stock, or 15-45 days for production delivery depending on the order requirements.
Do you test goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing before delivery. All products are shipped with a factory inspection report for your assurance.
