The 5015KWh Liquid Cooling energy storage system is based on high-capacity 314Ah energy storage cells. It consists of a 104S long PACK, battery cluster units, battery management systems, fire protection systems, thermal management systems, and environmental control systems.
This system utilizes simplified integration technology, installing all critical units within a standard 20-foot container (2438mm-2896mm-6058mm), ensuring safety control while being suitable for various transportation conditions and site designs.
Battery Technology: High-efficiency, long-life large-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries.
Safety Protection: Fire protection system using perfluorohexane or aerosol with three-level automatic alarm.
Thermal Management: Intelligent industrial-grade air conditioning ensuring 3℃ internal temperature difference.
Modular Design: Simple structure, easy for transportation, installation, and maintenance.
